Download the ringtone. If you are on Windows you will need to unzip (.ZIP) the file.
Connect your iPhone to your computer using the device's USB connector cable and launch iTunes if the application does not automatically start.
Make sure your iPhone is synced.
Click "Tones" in the left side bar of iTunes.
Click "add" or drag and drop the M4R file from the download location to the Tones section.
ITunes transfers the ringtone file to your iPhone.
