LOUISVILLE (November 30, 2017) — Agriculture Commissioner Ryan Quarles, left, presents Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Scott Pruitt with a Louisville Slugger baseball bat at the 98th Kentucky Farm Bureau Annual Meeting on Thursday in Louisville.
