Raising quality NDG's in the mountains of eastern Kentucky.
The Nigerian Dwarf is a miniature goat of West African origin. They are enjoying a rise in popularity due to their small size and colorful markings. Their small size means they do not require as much space as their larger dairy goat cousins, and their gentle nature makes them perfect pets. They are considered to be a rare but recovering breed by the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy. The U.S. Department of Agriculture has approved the Nigerian Dwarf Goat as a livestock dairy goat, which makes them eligible for youth 4H and FFA projects.
